All About Women OB-GYN practice in Gainesville, Florida is looking for a Full Time Phone Coordinator applicant.



Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones

  • Verify insurance

  • Collect co-payments

  • Verify and update patient information

  • Set up new patient information in the computer

  • Create new patient charts

  • Other duties as assigned by manager


Minimum Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office

  • Must be able to multi-task

  • Computer Experience Required
